The way to man`s heart is through his stomach and our team @ Bruggwirt is fully aware of it! Our chef is known for casual fine dining at the highest level!
For traditional Tyrolean cuisine we prefer to use products that come from the immediate region – bacon from the farmers in the region, cheese from the alpine dairy or the sweet fruits from the neighboring fields. Sustainable shopping is very important to us. In this way we can convince ourselves of the freshness of the goods, strengthen the region’s economy and at the same time offer you culinary quality at a remarkably high level.
